RiverStone International signs agreement with Sompo International to acquire run-off Endurance at Lloyd’s (EAL) business

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, August 30, 2022 — Sompo International, a leading global provider of commercial and consumer property and casualty (re)insurance, announced today the sale of its Endurance at Lloyd’s (EAL) run-off business to RiverStone Holdings Limited (RiverStone International), effectively completing the company’s previously communicated objective to consolidate its UK presence into one company market platform.
